Our School-Based Health Center provides convenient, high-quality care right where students learn—supporting their health, well-being, and success every day.
The SBHC offers comprehensive healthcare services to students who are enrolled by their parent(s) or guardian(s). All students are eligible to receive these services at no cost.
Hamden is home to six School-Based Health Center locations, each offering a range of services to meet the needs of students and families.
The School-Based Health Centers at Hamden High School and Church Street School are administered by the Quinnipiack Valley Health District (QVHD).
