- Copier/Printer Information – Has all the information relative to placing service calls & ordering supplies. This document should go to the person in each building that has responsibility for their MFD in the office (s).
- Xerox Information Websites – Contains all the links for copier/printer user guides, training video’s, etc.
- Xerox W5845 and W5875 How To Copy/Scan – Collection of "how to" guides for reference.
- Xerox D95 User Guide – Reference Guide.
- ECO - Information on recycling used cartridges.

Protecting student information is everyone's responsibility.
Best Practices
- Microsoft/Google passwords cannot be changed by the user. They are randomly generated by the IT department.
- Never share your login credentials.
- Lock your computer whenever you step away. (Windows Key and L at the same time)
- Be savvy to unusual or unexpected emails requesting personal information. Do not respond to them, but report them to helpdesk@hamden.org immediately.
- Do not share student information through email or by using unapproved apps.

- HHS and HMS have dedicated staff and will respond to tickets as quickly as their schedules allow.
- Elementary Schools and other district programs not located at HHS or HMS share IT resources and may have extended response times.
