To access our online resources such as Pebble Go, Pebble Go Next and World Book Online you need our school's username and password. Please contact our school librarian if you need this information.

G Suites Accounts for Education allows students access to online tools that provide workspace for the creation of documents, spreadsheets and encourage collaboration and creativity. Every child has a Google Account established for them by the district with their unique username and password. These accounts are compliant with federal laws protecting your child's privacy,.

Your child's Google Account does not provide them with email access or allow them to collaborate with anyone outside of the school district. 

When you registered your child for school, you signed an "Acceptable Use Policy" (AUP).  The AUP describes what is expected from every student in terms of behaviors related to technology use. The broad categories of behaviors are divided into four behavioral areas:

• Respect and protect the privacy of others
• Respect and protect the integrity, availability, and security of all electronic resources
• Practice good digital citizenship
• Use technologies appropriately.

QwertyTown is a web-based keyboarding platform that teaches typing and online communication skills. Students are introduced to this platform and are encouraged to use it at home to build essential keyboarding skills.  

Your child can access QwertyTown from any keyboarded device with internet access by signing into the Clever Portal with your standard district issued username and password.

Yes, we do have eBooks and online audiobooks available in our school library through our offerings in the Destiny Catalog. Use your personal student username and password to access this account. You have the option to read eBooks online or download them through the Follett Brytewave app.

The following devices support the Follett Brytewave app: iPhone, iPod touch, iPad (ios 6.0 and above), Android (3.0 and above) tablet devices, Nook HD, Nook HD+ and Kindle

The Follett Brytewave K-12 App can be downloaded through iTunes.  If you are using an Android, the app must be downloaded through Google Play.

In addition, Hamden Public Library has a wide variety of eBooks and online audio books that can be accessed from their website.

Clever is an online portal that give students a single login to access several different online accounts the district provides for you.  To access, follow this link to Clever and provide your login name and password.

All students in good standing are allowed to borrow books from the library media center. The number of items they can borrow for personal enjoyment from the library is dependent on their grade level. In addition, students borrow items from the library to support language arts and math curriculums.
