Board of Education minutes will be available in unapproved form within seventy-two (72) hours of the Board meeting; however, a written record of all Board members' votes will be available for public inspection within forty-eight (48) hours of the Board meeting, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays. 

These records will be available for public review in the Office of the Board of Education. It will be explained to persons wishing to review board minutes that they are unofficial until approved by the Board of Education at its next regular meeting. All completed minutes will record the votes of all Board members.
