9323 - Construction and Posting of the Agenda 

The Superintendent in cooperation with the Chairperson of the Board shall prepare an agenda for each regular and special meeting of the Board of Education. Any member of the Board may call the Superintendent or the Chairperson to request that an item be placed on the agenda no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting. Such requests will be honored at the discretion of the Chairperson. 

At least forty-eight (48) hours before the time of a regular meeting, items on which action may be taken will be included in an agenda which will be posted with the Town Clerk and in each school in a place readily available to parents, teachers and students. Items to be included on the agenda of a special meeting will be posted in a similar manner at least twenty-four (24) hours before the time of the special meeting.
