School Volunteers

The Board of Education recognizes the importance of school volunteers. Volunteers can provide for expanded collaboration between the school and community, enhance the school's educational environment and ultimately enrich students' school experience. School volunteers provide services which enrich existing school programs. Volunteers may be parents, senior citizens or other persons interested in assisting in the school. The school volunteer is a non-paid person who helps in the school under the direction of the school principal or her/his designee.
