Hiring Clerical, Custodial, and Maintenance

Staff Appointments will be made by the Superintendent from a list of certified candidates furnished by the Civil Service Commission, as authorized by applicable contracts/agreements with recognized bargaining units.

Classified Employees not Covered by Civil Service
These employees, who are not governed by Civil Service regulations, will be appointed by the Superintendent based upon qualifications as specified in the job descriptions and as authorized by applicable contracts/agreements with recognized bargaining units.

Hiring Part-time Employees
Part-time employees will be appointed by the Superintendent based upon qualifications as specified in the job description.
