Compensation Guides and Contracts

Administrators' salaries will be those established by the negotiated agreement between the Board of Education and the bargaining agent for the Hamden administrative staff.

Salaries for those administrators who do not belong to the bargaining unit will be set annually by the Board of Education.

A copy of the current salary schedules will be available at the Board of Education Office.
