HPS Technology Help Desk

The Hamden Public Schools Technology Help Desk was created to help teachers, administrators and other staff members use their technologies, and those that students use, at an optimal level.  This includes servicing and upkeep of more than 35oo computers, printers, projectors, and interactive whiteboards, as well as nearly a hundred different software and online applications.   It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it!  

Though we may not fix every problem as fast as each person would like, we are committed to providing the best technical support possible given the district resources.  Email the Help Desk if you experience any issues or have questions related to district technology.
