Graduate Transcript Requests
Types of transcripts:
There are two types of transcripts that can be requested.
- Official Transcript
An official transcript is a recognized legal document. It is sent directly to the requested school or institution. - Unofficial Transcript
An unofficial transcript is usually for informational purposes only. It will be stamped unofficial.
Process to obtain an official transcript:
Transcripts can be requested by alumni by clicking the Parchment button below.
A $7.00 fee for each electronic transcript is payed directly to Parchment using your debit or credit card. There is an additional fee for paper transcripts.
Graduation Verifications
Any requests for graduation verifications for employment or any other reasons should be sent by email to Laura (lrobyn@hamden.org) or Michele (mcarignan@hamden.org) and allow 5-7 business for a response.
