Good afternoon, HMS Families,

The Hamden Police Department sponsors a basketball program for HMS students on Tuesday afternoons. Interested students shoot hoops and play games between 2:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m. Students can take the late bus home, if needed. It is a fun afternoon with volunteer officers.

This is a popular program with our students. By hosting two sessions, our goal is to provide opportunities to students who did not participate in the first session. We are currently accepting applications for the spring session. 

If your child has not participate in the HPD Basketball program during this academic year, and he/she is interested, please complete the attached form and return it to me as soon as possible. We will follow a "first come, first serve" system. Do not delay! If your child is interested, complete the form today.
